  1. I noticed that Andrew's appearance changed almost completely. It started with the red marks that appeared on his face. Then after a while in the movie his hair turns gray and his skin color turns pale. He even changed the way he dress by trying to cover the red marks. This makes me think about the different challenges that people infected with HIV face and it changes their lives drastically. -Yamilet

  2. What I noticed about Andrew's appearance in the movie was that his appearance was getting worst and worst by the HIV/AIDS virus. People were also treating Andrew differently because of the AIDS virus. The HIV/AIDS virus makes me feel scared for those who are or who were infected with this virus. -Isayna Baez 802

His hair turn out gray and his skin color got very very paled. people treated him different because of the AIDS virus. Now that i see how the person's skin gets like when they have the HIV/AIDS virus makes me feel bad for them and scared because many things in ther personality starts to change a lot and makes them look weird.

  4. I noticed that Andrew's appearance changed so much from the beginning of the movie , all the way from where we got to. At the beginning, Andrew was his nice normal skin color; and had no stray marks on his face. But after a while, and the movie started to look into the aspect more, I started to notice a lot more things that came up that weren't there in the beginning. Andrew has marks and he started to get really pale. This goes to show that HIV/AIDS CAN affect lives, and people's point of view from others to the way they were before they even discovered they had the virus. - Juliana .

  5. Throughout the movie, I saw that Andrew's appearance changed a lot. For example he began having small red bruises all over his body and later on his hair began to change color. Such as blondish and then grayish. Lastly, he was very, very pale. This makes me feel afraid of the HIV/AIDS virus because just knowing that from a beautiful person you can turn so different throughout time, its just so crazy.

  7. I noticed that Andrew's appearance changed a lot. First, he started getting the red/ purple dots or spots on his face and neck. He also started becoming very pale. He got whiter then he already was once it was revealed that he was infected with HIV/ AIDS. His hair was another change that was noticed through out the movie. These changes that was happening to Andrew makes me even more scare of getting the HIV virus more then I already was. It opened my eyes to see what he was going through and to see how people around him treated him.

  11. it's sad to see how Andrew's appearance changed, he was alive thats the only way i could put it. he had color, life but then after time passed by his features started straying away he became pale, his energy left, and all of his strength was gone. it's just something that comes when you get HIV/AIDS.

  12. He changed a lot after getting AIDS. At first, before getting the virus he seemed more energetic and healthy. But after he contracted HIV he started getting pale and his hair changed from black to brown to blond to white! His hair started to fall out, he started to get marks on his face and body. he seemed to get worse and worse, it made me see the dramatic effects that the Aids virus has on people and it made me realized how much of an impact the virus can make in your life once you have it.

  16. I think that andrew looked very well but as he strated to get sicker, his appearence would get worse. The first sign of him getting worse were the leasions on his head. Then he lost a lot of hair, white hair, and he also looked like he had not slept for days.
